Dr. Randall Ramsey, O.D.

Dr. Ramsey received his post-graduate degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 1975. He started his professional career with the Eye Clinic of Wichita, Kansas and later advanced to private practice for several years until relocating to California in 1986. He had been an associate doctor with several prominent Bay Area practices until starting Optometric Images with Dr. Gary Ozaki in 1991. Besides practicing General Optometry, he has special interests in the fields of Contact Lenses and Ocular Disease Management. He has held membership in the American Optometric Association, the AOA Contact Lens Society, the Heart of America Contact Lens Society and the AOA Sports Vision Council. He has served as the consultant and chief eye care specialist for both university and professional sports teams in his career. Dr. Ramsey has been married to his wife, Marsha, for 23 years and they have 3 sons. He enjoys spending spare time on the golf course and watching his sons play basketball.
